    The workforce is expanding outside of our borders as well, and how businesses embrace that change will leave a lasting effect on the country as well as success in the marketplace. Consider what it’s like to hire and work with a global workforce. This can be working with companies in other locations, contract or location independent individuals, or bringing workers to your doors.

  • Impact on corporate culture.

    There are other considerations such as the expansion of automation and the desire for better work/life balance that need to be considered for their impact on overall corporate culture. For example, caregiving has long been seen as a barrier to employment, but the culture of the workforce is changing to embrace caregiving as an important aspect of life and not a mark against someone’s ability to perform their job.
