You can position these calls as a way to update your records or check in with them regarding their current staffing needs. You can also use telemarketing to promote quality candidates you believe would be an excellent fit in their environment, even if they don’t currently have an open position.

  • Leverage social media.

Social media is completely changing the way we communicate with one another, both on a personal and professional level. Use your social media platforms to help get the word out about your business and keep your name at the top of your clients’ minds. Use social media to connect with both clients and employees, share important stories, and ask questions to encourage engagements. Encourage your clients to follow you on social media to stay up to date.

  • Provide online value.

Lastly, when it comes to online communications, your only job is to provide value to your readers. This is true on social media, and should be something you blog about as well. Using your website as a natural portal to funnel clients, create a blog that provides valuable business and management information to provide service beyond just every day staffing opportunities. Then use social media to promote these ideas.
