Anserteam has shown impressive growth in recent years. After last year’s three-year growth rate of 248%, Anserteam delivered again with a growth rate of 118%, ranking them 2,962 overall and in the top 100 Human Resources firms.

Started in 1982, this prestigious list of the nation’s most successful private companies has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success. The 2015 Inc. 5000 is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $205 billion, generating 647,000 jobs over the past three years. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

“We are honored to be named among some of the best companies in the nation on this prestigious list. We could not have achieved this growth without the dedication and support of our tremendously talented network of staffing suppliers. They represent the best and brightest in the industry, some of whom are represented on this list themselves,” said Natalie Davis-Runyan, President of Anserteam.

Anserteam is an international workforce solutions alliance started by a group of independently-owned staffing company partners in 2004. As an international managed service provider, it serves companies with multiple geographic needs in the technology, manufacturing, accounting/finance, healthcare suppliers, food service, hospitality, industrial, call center and government sectors. Anserteam suppliers have over 750 branch locations producing over $1.5 billion in sales, and currently serve between 800 and 1,000 locations each week in North America. Anserteam is the only company of its kind in the United States and Canada and is headed by President, Natalie Davis-Runyan, an experienced national staffing executive. Natalie and her staff are headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

“The story of this year’s Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don’t achieve that kind of success by accident.”

The annual Inc. 5000 Conference & Award Ceremony honoring all of the companies on the list will be held from October 21-23, 2015 in Orlando, FL. The event also offers informative workshops, celebrated keynote speakers, and evening functions.
