Anserteam Workforce Alliance has been named a top Dallas-area entrepreneurial company in 2020 for its impressive 3-year growth trend. The SMU Cox Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship has released the names of the entrepreneurial businesses that made it into this year’s coveted list of Dallas 100 companies. The Dallas 100 competition annually honors Dallas’ fastest growing privately held companies. The release of the top 100 company names is a precursor to an awards celebration that will culminate in the unveiling of this year’s No. 1 fastest growing, privately held company. Because of the pandemic, this year’s Dallas 100 events will move to the spring.
For 30 years, the Dallas 100 has honored the ingenuity, commitment and perseverance of entrepreneurial businesses, placing the spotlight on their economic contributions. The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at SMU Cox ranks the area’s top 100 entrepreneurial companies based on percentage growth and absolute dollar growth over the previous three years. This year, the top 100 companies are based in Dallas and 14 different surrounding cities. The Institute, working with the accounting firm BKD LLP CPAs and Advisors, examined sales from hundreds of companies for 2017 to 2019, the last year for which complete data is available. The winners represent a broad spectrum of Dallas-area businesses.
This is the third year that Anserteam Workforce Alliance has been honored among Dallas’ fastest growing companies on the Dallas 100 list. Anserteam represents North America’s very best staffing agencies aligned together to deliver world-class workforce management solutions. This unique alliance was founded by a group of independently-owned staffing company partners in 2004. Anserteam serves organizations with complex contingent labor programs, providing customized end-to-end talent services as a Managed Services Provider (MSP) utilizing Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) technology. Anserteam is a WBENC-certified diversity partner, with over 2,500 locations in North America and is lead by President, Natalie Davis-Runyan, an experienced staffing executive.
“These companies are the unsung heroes of the Dallas-area economy,” said Simon Mak, the Linda A. and Kenneth R. Morris Endowed Director of the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at SMU Cox, “They are entrepreneurial dynamos, creating products and/or services that in turn create jobs and generate income for their owners, not to mention the millions of dollars they collectively contribute to our economy.”
